Don't know the amount of time that was needed to make the repairs but I believe that 2 weeks is a little long.

Me. Sandifer was extremely nice and seemed to be trying hard to please. They did use genuine Chevrolet parts, with the exception of a door pin in which they used a tin screw instead. Also the Paint job has a rippled appearance to it. Perhaps it either should have had another coat of paint or wasn't buffed before clear coating it. But these hardly compare to what they did to my tint on my window. Apparently in order to paint the doors they removed them from the truck in order to do so and somehow in this process my front passenger side window tint was scratched in two little spots. Which is right within the view of my side mirror and so it's quite noticable, and undeniably their causing. Also my step bars are very unsturdy... Both sides seem to give way upon using them. I don't know what to do but I could nearly cry. I know my truck isn't new but it was new to me. If only they could've restored it to the original condition that was before the wreck but instead I will always have these things to remind me of that awful day!

Due to the poor outcome of the work done to my truck I am dissatisfied by the customer service, since I now feel that the extra nice behavior emitted by Mr. Sandifer was a hustle in and if itself!
