This warranty shall cover defects occurring under normal conditions. Damage cause by accidents, negligence, abuse, misuse, exposure to elements, or paint chipped by driving conditions shall not be covered under the scope if this warranty.

I'm very satisfied with the quality of service. The repair looks like new. Truck finished early. They did a perfect job on cleaning my truck. It has not been that clean since I bought it new in 2011. The body shop manger was very professional and friendly. The lady that works the desk was friendly also.
