Sandlin Motors Body Shop provides this lifetime warranty on all repairs related to current loss. It will apply to all items originally estimated—for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty shall cover defects occurring under normal conditions. Damage cause by accidents, negligence, abuse, misuse, exposure to elements, or paint chipped by driving conditions shall not be covered under the scope if this warranty.

Took my vehicle to get worked on due to being involved in an accident that cause damaged to my rear bumper. After taking my vehicle to get fixed I noticed the shop did not repair my rear bumper and had the wrong rear bumper attached. Also during the repairs the trunk of my vehicle was misaligned. When I confronted the manager they told me the my trunk was already misaligned and advised they could not fix the trunk and choose to take the cheap route on the bumper causing the bumper not to fix correctly. Spoke to Scotty Meade who was very unprofessional and when asked to get a receipt of the all the labor work that was done on my vehicle he refused. Eventually another manager was able to provide me with a copy of the receipt. I will not recommend anyone this shop to anyone. Very disappointed with the labor and customer service.
