Not satisfied at all about how the service concluded. I received a text message at 4:50pm on Friday the vehicle was ready. I was in the shower and didn't get that until 4:59. Was promised in first text a follow up call in five minutes. Never received. That closed my rental contract, thankfully for Monday. I called Monday and your phone system never informed me you were closed Monday. Neither did the texts. I made trip to find that out. That meant a trip home and back to get my other car to return the rental we drove for repaired car and then another trip on Tuesday to get the car you repaired. Your service was excellent before this final unhappy experience.
