They spelled my name wrong repeatedly; I asked to be kept informed of what was going on to my car and that they provide me photos of the repairs and that was never done; and no one ever called to update me on what was going on, I had to call them and demand a phone call in return.

I repeatedly asked them to call me with updates on the repairs and I never got a call.I always had to call myself and chase them down. Secondly, I asked for photos of the car when it was torn apart , and I never got those photos. I’m still waiting for them!

At pickup the vehicle looked fine. However after using the rear wiper it became clear that it was loose and it began to rotate about the rear window until its range of motion was over the door panel below the window. Clearly it wasn’t tested after assembly. We will be returning tomorrow to have it addressed.

Had not received any information or call on when car would be finished.Shop said car should be done in a week ,but got no phone call.That longer time was needed.Had to get rental car last minute.Communication from shop was nonexistent. Had to make call to shop.
