I rate this a 10 because of some last minute occurrences that helped turn it around. I had some concerns with this shop in regards to what my dashcam had picked up. After the matter was brought to attention, it seems to have been rectified. I do recall them stating that there is a 60 day warranty period. Recently I have been hearing some slight knocking/popcorn noises, so if it does get louder, I may be taking it back in. I bring this to your attention because should I need to take it in, i am not sure if I will get one of these surveys again but my final post, good or bad (which I aim striving for good), will be on Google.
