From day one, when I called about getting an estimate on my 4Runner, I knew I was going to choose Santa Ana as my repair shop. The service guy was so thorough in giving me my estimate, and it was at no charge! I called other shops, but they didn't give free estimates. I never had to call and ask how things were going because I received text messages informing me on the progress of the repair. The completion time was as promised. My truck looks brand new inside and out! I also accepted their detail package...I've never had a repair shop offer detail service. I'm so glad I chose Santa Ana...Excellent service from the front desk to the service technicians, I'm extremely satisfied! I definitely recommend them.

Beyond question; the best body shop in the business. I have unfortunately needed to use them 3 times in the last two years and their quality of work is simply the best. I do not live close to their shop but would not use any other body shop in town. Brandon and the entire team are excellent!
