You know, I don't like conflicts. I pay for everything in this life with money, like any other person on this earth. But if I pay for any product, I want it to be of high quality. In my case, the right side of the bumper needed a complete overhaul. You only did that side for me. Why didn't you do the whole bumper so that the sides wouldn't differ from each other. Do you want the truth!? From 1 to 10, I give it a maximum of 2. (This is my OPINION). Don't hold it against me

They restored my Audi to like new condition after a fender bender. Their turn around time was pretty accurate barring some parts issues that were worked out in the end. Kathy the receptionist was very helpful and handled all the paperwork needed with the insurance company. I would definitely return if this type of service is needed again but I hope I won't.

They did an excellent job in restoring my Audi to like new condition from a fender bender. There were a few hiccups with parts but everything was worked out in the end. Kathy the receptionist was excellent and answer my questions she handled the insurance claim with out any problems. I would definitely return if this type of service is needed again, hopefully not but I'll know where to go.
