I had to leave the car one more day because something was not working and also had to wait when I picked it up because found some imperfections with the paint that needed to be fixed. Other than that, the attention from the person that attended me was superb!

The work that was done on the car is great! No issues. My issue comes into play when speaking with the rep at the repair center. The rep told me that my car was totaled when it in fact was not. I went through a whirlwind of emotions that should’ve never happened. I really hope she doesn’t do that to anyone else.

I regret bringing my vehicle to your shop.

After waiting over a month for my vehicle to be completed, I specifically asked both Endris and JJ to confirm that the car was finished properly before I drove 45 minutes to pick it up. I made it clear that I would be very particular about the quality. I was assured that everything was perfect. However, upon inspection, there is visible orange peel on the front bumper, and within the air intake area, several parts are not flush or seated correctly.
