Lack of communication! I had to visit the shop a several times to figure out what was going on. I went there on a Sat. and the guy at the front desk couldn't give me any information? Very frustrating!

Overall good. when they say they'll call you back within an hour and never do is not good customer service...that happened several times...having said that they they did cove a day at Enterprise rental for delays in getting my car back.

Maribel was awesome. I give her a 10. Body shop didn’t repair the vehicle correctly the first time. Had to bring it back in. It seemed like they half fasted it, like checking a box.
