I got my car much later than expected and in the end, they lost my cup holders and I also hear air coming out of my door or windshield when I drive past 40 mph which makes me think something is not sealed properly. I let Tom know about all this so they are getting me replacement cup holders and having me come back to drop off the car so they could look into it. I definitely appreciate their customer service and follow up

Eric and the entire Scandinavian team are awesome and made my Volvo look brand new again. I had no accidents for 30 years and 3 in the last 5; one with my Volvo S80; another fender bender in my XC60 and the latest, a hit and run in my S60. Each time, estimates were coordinated professionally with AAA Insurance, my car was repaired expeditiously and returned to me in pristine, near new shape.
