Tom gave me a lower quoted rate after I asked for a reduction since I was paying out of pocket. He also promised to get my front bumper, windshield, and right passenger seat fixed (including having me come in to get the latter fixed after they’d forgotten the first time around). I’m grateful to him and Scandinavian.

The paint job is very good, but the letters for VOLVO were not installed on the trunk, even though I paid for them. It was weeks later than promised and there’s little hints in many places that show work was done.

I would have my car towed across state lines to have Tom and Ollie on my watch, should anything ever happen to my car. Scandinavian is in an entirely different league when it comes to car care and customer service -- kind, upfront, adorable, honest and highly skilled.

Whenever my clients tell me that they "have the best guy in town" for me to take my Porsche to, I let them know that I really love my team and don't need their referral. At that point, they insist... pulling out the number to Scandinavian. We have a laugh, as I relay that, yes, they're my people too. No customer feels more cared for and confident in leaving their babies (ie cars) than Scandinavian customers.
