I enjoyed the customer service from the front desk to the owner. However, i did not give a 10 because the person i was assigned to did not give feedback as indicated in my email. I did not receive pictures of my vehicle while it was being worked on. I also did not receive a phone call conformation of when my vehicle was completed. I had to call and follow up. I dont mind it however, if a company says they are going to do something. I fully expect that. Otherwise, i absolutely loved the interaction with this company.

I was very happy with this experience. From the girl at the front desk (Maria, I think), to Tom - the service was excellent. Getting my car back clean was a wonderful surprise - truly didn't expect that, so thank you. Considering someone rear ended me causing a lot of time and overall disruption to my already busy schedule - y'all made the situation pleasant and easy. Thank you!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody because their communication was horrible, and my car was used while my car was there and driven and my gas was used.
