Alex was easy to work with and very willing to be helpful! I’m an over communicator and appreciate people keeping me up to date which Alex did a fairly good job at. The only thing I wish had been a little more transparent was the timeline. When I initially dropped my car of I was quoted 4-5 weeks and didn’t end up getting my car back until 6.5 weeks later. Since insurance was covering the rental it wasn’t the end of the world for me but it would have been nice to know/understand the timeline of inspection, ordering parts and repair so that I could know when to check in if I hadn’t heard anything.

I didn't appreciate gas lighting when I pointed to a defect in the bumper and was told "it cannot be adjusted" and then later it was adjusted and fixed. Also, no one apologized for that mistake.
