This time, it took really long time and a lot of effort to get the parts. Tim kept in touch with us frequently from the beginning to all the way through, and gave us precise directions on what we could do. And the repair itself was excellent and all all in all so much appreciated.

I can't really comment on this. I understand people make mistakes. The important thing is how businesses respond to people's mistakes that let me decide whether or not to recommend a certain business. However, as things are right now, I would not recommend this shop due to sub standard workmanship.

There was a piece on the car missing, couple of deep scratches on the spoiler, some screws missing on the rear bumper, somehow a chunk of paint missing on the body, and lastly missing paint on the rear bumpers on the edge were it gets held in place next to the rear quarter panel. I do appreciate the fact that they did repair an unrelated part of the car, that was nice.
