Schaefer made everything easy. Fast service and great body work. Looks fantastic! They kept me informed during every step and even went above and beyond and fixed some minor scratches, which wasnt part of the original claim, but I am very grateful for thier attention to detail. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. Highly recommended!

Kristy Allen and Amanda Vickery provided superior customer service. They were both professional and competent throughout the entire process. They kept me informed every step. For me it was seamless, they coordinated fully with my insurance company and the rental car company. The techs did an outstanding job with their repair...my car looks as if it came off the showroom floor. If I ever have a future need to use an autobody repair facility it will be Schaefer!

second time using this company, unfortunate that we had to. Any time you need to have your car fixed because others hit you always sucks. But fortunately Schaefer, especially this location, always handle everything and hand back our car like its new again. Thanks again guys
