I appreciate the quick service and turn around on my vehicle. I wasn’t upsold addition work that I didn’t need. I was treated like a valued customer my first visit. I have yet to experience customer service from another body shop quite like Schaffer’s.

I felt while the repair was done right when picking up the car I felt rushed and nobody even ask me go over repair with ne before I left also I noticed my radio Antena was left on floor road of seat .had to call to find out why it was not even reinstall by painter .
