Our driver-side side-view mirror is no longer controllable remotely. To adjust it, we need to manually move it with our hand. This was the feature that was worked on—the housing needed to be repaired but even when it was damaged we could control the mirror from the console. I also left a message for Luz on Friday, shortly after we left and we noticed while driving home. How soon can I bring the car back in to repair this? Warmest Regards, Mike Donohue 773-412-3921

Everyone was great. Everything was explained to me, I was updated as the work was being done. I got my car back in a reasonable amount of time. I had an issue with a lock key for the lug nuts that I didn't know existed and they will help me with the replacements at no cost. I would 100% recommend Schaumburg Auto Body to anyone that needs body work on their car.

work was done really well and really fast and all went very well. Except.... They didn't give me the estimate and give me the chance to approve the work before they did the work. They never called me to give me the estimated cost before starting the work, as they had promised. I was happy to have the work done so fast, but it would have been better to have the chance to approve the work first.
