Our insurance was charged for things that was over charged or not put on our truck at all! For instance it says Lugnut locks were replaced, and still have original key in glove box

I did not like that I had to inquire about a $100 discount toward my insurance's deductible 2 times to receive it. Once at the initial phone call to set up the repair and again upon pick-up & payment. I feel that I would not have received a discount had I not been persistent in inquiring about it.
