My car is cleaner and MUCH shinier than when I bought it! They did an immaculate job! No one would ever be able to tell my car was in a collision! The team was communicative and kept me updated at all stages.

When opening my driver side door, my door is still getting caught on something that’s an internal part of the vehicle door. But outside of that, my car was actually returned much cleaner than when I bought it! It looks cleaner than it did when I bought it! The staff was communicative and kind, but I’m hoping whatever this little part is that’s on my door would be an easy fix. And on a side note: They may have used too little wax when cleaning it after they fixed it. I have scratches all over my car where you can see they buffed the wax out. But realistically, it’s a car. My main concern is the part of the door that keeps getting caught when I open my driver side door.

The customer service was immaculate! They stayed a bit after hours to finish out everything so I could pay for my car. There was a hiccup with my bank, but they were patient and didn’t make me feel rushed!
