Austin was really good at explaining what all that needed to happen in order for the repair to be done. I dont have any idea how insurances work, so it was nice to have someone who could help me handle it all. On top of that, the process of working on my car with an interlock was something im glad he could figure out for me.

I am grateful to Melissa for the continuous updates, understanding, and clarity throughout the process. Thank you to Brian for explaining additional details and taking me to the Schomp Ford service center to pick up our family’s other van when I left the Mustang at the collision center. Austin was very kind at pick up and explained some details on the paint that I’m very appreciative for. I believe (Maria ?) at the front desk reception has been very kind and helpful with every communication and exchange. I am extremely impressed with the technicians and their work on the door. The work was done beautifully and very timely. If we ever need anything for our vehicles in the future, this collision center is the only one I want to use. Thank you all.
