The repairs were finished ahead of the time promised and there were a couple of issues missed in the initial examination that were repaired. The staff was helpful and zip tied the damage so we could drive the car until it went in for repairs.

The work was very well done. I had difficulty in getting responses to two attempted phone calls for status reports, both of which went to voicemail. I was getting anxious about whether I needed to extend a car rental if the work was not done. About an hour before I would have needed to do so, I was able to get a call through. No harm, no foul, just concern.
