The phone number often didn't work so I would have to look it up online and asked to be transfered over. Second, the website clearly said the body shop was open on Saturday until 5. However, when I showed up at 12:30, it was closed. Because of this, I was charged by the car rental car rental company for extra days (because you're also closed on Sunday). Because of this, I would never go to Gerhardt again.

Car still.missing part and.now there is,a noise when I go over a soeed.bump
