Scotsman’s Auto Body has been a well known name throughout the Long Island community since 1967. The current owner John Yazak, started working at the first facility located in Mt. Sinai, in 1986. After years of hard work and dedication John had worked his way up from the floor sweeper to owner. He purchased the first facility in 2010 located in Mt. Sinai. He then opened a second facility in 2016 located in Bay Shore and a third facility in 2017 located in Farmingdale. Scotsman’s has grown to become an organization of three state-of-the-art facilities that is dedicated to repair your vehicle to pre-loss condition properly and safely the first time. There is a paint chip right where the fender connects! Why not just sand and paint it along with painting the fender?? Or at least use touch up paint?? You kinda dropped the ball in my opinion!!

I don’t know. The people were nice, the damage was beautifully repaired but it looks like a two-toned car now. It remains to be seen how this will be addressed.

Body work was done well and I do appreciate the fix of the rust scrape in the door, but the paint match is bad and the repaired areas are very obviously darker.
