Scotsman’s Auto Body has been a well known name throughout the Long Island community since 1967. The current owner John Yazak, started working at the first facility located in Mt. Sinai, in 1986. After years of hard work and dedication John had worked his way up from the floor sweeper to owner. He purchased the first facility in 2010 located in Mt. Sinai. He then opened a second facility in 2016 located in Bay Shore and a third facility in 2017 located in Farmingdale. Scotsman’s has grown to become an organization of three state-of-the-art facilities that is dedicated to repair your vehicle to pre-loss condition properly and safely the first time. We will negotiate claims fairly and quickly with all insurance companies, non-insurance related repairs, and we work on all makes and models of vehicles. I am very satisfied with the repair. This Autobody shop was very thorough and communicative. I could tell that they really cared to get my car good as new. Being that this was my first ever accident (getting rear ended), I am so glad that this was the closest repair shop to me. I am very lucky that my car got serviced here.

This is the second time I’ve had my bumper repaired here, and both experiences have been excellent. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff is friendly, welcoming, and thorough in explaining the process, including the car rental service. The return process when dropping off the vehicle is very convenient and seamless. My bumper was repaired in just three days. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and the care taken with my car on both occasions. Great customer service can be hard to find these days, but this team truly delivers.
