Scotsman’s Auto Body has been a well known name throughout the Long Island community since 1967. The current owner John Yazak, started working at the first facility located in Mt. Sinai, in 1986. After years of hard work and dedication John had worked his way up from the floor sweeper to owner. He purchased the first facility in 2010 located in Mt. Sinai. He then opened a second facility in 2016 located in Bay Shore and a third facility in 2017 located in Farmingdale. Scotsman’s has grown to become an organization of three state-of-the-art facilities that is dedicated to repair your vehicle to pre-loss condition properly and safely the first time. We will negotiate claims fairly and quickly with all insurance companies, non-insurance related repairs, and we work on all makes and models of vehicles. Brock and team did a fantastic job on my vehicle. Work was done beautifully and timely. Further, they dealt with the insurance company or the person that hit me, so all I had to do was drop off my car and pick it up. Thanks to Avocado for driving to my house with me so he could bring the vehicle back to the shop so I didn’t have to call an uber. Great work!

I’m so satisfied with the customer service, I’d brought my car twice and i’ve loved it. My only concern though is my air pump was inside my SUV and after my car was fixed, it was no longer there; it disappeared. I reported this situation, however, I never received a call back. Not wanting it back or anything but for you guys to be more aware for future reference.
