Scotsman’s Auto Body has been a well known name throughout the Long Island community since 1967. The current owner John Yazak, started working at the first facility located in Mt. Sinai, in 1986. After years of hard work and dedication John had worked his way up from the floor sweeper to owner. He purchased the first facility in 2010 located in Mt. Sinai. He then opened a second facility in 2016 located in Bay Shore and a third facility in 2017 located in Farmingdale. Scotsman’s has grown to become an organization of three state-of-the-art facilities that is dedicated to repair your vehicle to pre-loss condition properly and safely the first time. We will negotiate claims fairly and quickly with all insurance companies, non-insurance related repairs, and we work on all makes and models of vehicles. I’m so satisfied with the customer service, I’d brought my car twice and i’ve loved it. My only concern though is my air pump was inside my SUV and after my car was fixed, it was no longer there; it disappeared. I reported this situation, however, I never received a call back. Not wanting it back or anything but for you guys to be more aware for future reference.

This is hands down the best body shop around at least from what I know in Bayshore area! I live in Waterbury CT. Yes, a little more 100 miles away from this location, and I gotta say. All my cars I ever had a collision or any damage, this place never fails me. I repeat, NEVER FAILS ME! The people are great. Even the enterprise that you are able to rent cars from with them says it all the time. They are great people. I recommend this place all the way. No one paid me to create this comment. Love the place!! This place been around for years. They are nowhere near ever closing down. Business is busy! Not that I ever wish myself this, but I am looking forward to having them continue to fix any car of mine. God bless ya’ll!
