Scotsman’s Auto Body has been a well known name throughout the Long Island community since 1967. The current owner John Yazak, started working at the first facility located in Mt. Sinai, in 1986. After years of hard work and dedication John had worked his way up from the floor sweeper to owner. He purchased the first facility in 2010 located in Mt. Sinai. He then opened a second facility in 2016 located in Bay Shore and a third facility in 2017 located in Farmingdale. Scotsman’s has grown to become an organization of four state-of-the-art facilities that is dedicated to repair your vehicle to pre-loss condition properly and safely the first time. We will negotiate claims fairly and quickly with all insurance companies, non-insurance related repairs, and we work on all makes and models of vehicles. They did an amazing job on the repair. The only thing they missed was to reinstall the Tesla emblem on the hood of the car. Other than that, it was great!

Person I dealt with was outstanding. However, after I picked up my car, I found a bolt in the cupholder. I’m not sure what that goes to. The tire pressure lights are on and clock was off. Mirrors were off, but the car was detailed beautifully, and the auto bodywork was very good. I will have to swing by there though to find out what this bolt is to, and get some lights in the dashboard off.

The gentleman I dealt with was wonderful. However, after I picked my car up, there was a bolt in the cupholder and I’m not sure what that goes to. Also lights are on in the dash I had to reset the clock adjust mirrors, which is no problem. But I have to go back there because I don’t want the tire pressure lights on.
