Car repair looked great! Only thing I noticed was oil/grease or dirt on my steering wheel. I just had to clean it off. (My interior is white so I noticed it right away). Otherwise experience was very good. Very easy drop off and pick up, easy access to enterprise too. No extra stops for me. It was nice to be able to pick up my rental at your place and leave it there too once my car was finished.

I'm picking a 5 here to represent two totally opposite ends of the scale. I would give a 10 to everyone for their friendliness and willingness to help. However, I would give a 1 to everyone for the quality of information I was given. Your organization obviously has a policy not to give estimates for completion time, and this became totally ridiculous for my repair. Two examples... 1) I asked at the initial estimate, and consistently while the repair was being done, for someone to give me even a guess as to when the vehicle would be done. Even when I asked this in terms of would it be days, weeks, or months, I was told they didn't know. 2) This continued until the morning of the day I got my car back (Tuesday), when I was finally told that it would "likely" be done by the "end of the week". I then received a call 4-6 hours later that it was done and I could pick it up! I urge you to reconsider this policy - while I received regular "updates" on my vehicle, the failure to answer the one key question that I (and most customers) have was unacceptable.
