I am so reluctant to write this review because people at Scott's have been so kind. But here goes: The fender repair was done well but there is a noticeable gab between the fender and the bumper of the car. The fender/bumper on the driver's side is snug and sits correctly, not so much on the passenger side where the repair was done.

With the work that was done on my pilot which was only a scratch and did not need a new bumper, but still messed it up. Not likely

Well you guys worked on my honda pilot and were telling me how fast and simple it will be to do the job of the scratch on my bumper, but yet I told your desk receptionist I would like your team to take their time, but they did not. Came out to pick up the pilot on Friday, but had to live it because they did not polish the paint on the bumber nor the rear quarter panel. Come on guys! Then I went out on Monday to pick it up again and i was insured that they will take good care of it... they buffed out the paint but made a long light scratch on the bumper and since they used a buffer wheel to polish the paint they scratch off paint on the rear quarter panel. Come on!!! Holy damn.... I'm about to give up on you guys. And I will change the 5 star to a 1 star. I will be bringing that same pilot back because I want to fix the hood. Got dents on it and would give you guys a chance to fix the light scratch and the paint that was removed on the quarter panel. And paint it good. Your online review is cgoing to have bad comments..
