When I dropped off my truck I was told it would take 9-10 days, it took 4 weeks to get completed! That's double the original completion date. I was also told that I can pick my truck up at 3:00pm today. I arrived at 2:55 and sat there for another hour waiting for them to finish my truck. When i was given the keys back to my truck I drove 200 yards down the street and noticed the drivers door wasnt sealing. It sounded like I had my window cracked. So whoever performed my test drive isnt qualified enough to notice a door seal not sealing while driving on a windy day. I turned around and asked them to fix it. The techs worked on it for a few minutes and I drove home, with the door not any better. While driving home I kept hearing a raddle on my front left fender. Once I was home I opened the hood and found 4 bolts that hold the fender on completely loose (one was missing!) So to answer your question I was not satisfied with the overall experience using Scott's auto body and will not be using them in the future. My truck took double the time to complete and was clearly rushed because of the poor craftsmanship with reassembly.

Work was done very timely. I was double charged which is ok, but the refund has taken long, and my insurance company is telling me that the charge I paid was incorrect.

Office staff exceptional.. I've been a secretary for 50 years plus. I've worked for a title company a music company, various other companies and the last 22 years as a school secretary. I understand the challenges and issues related to customer service. Your office staff was AWESOME. Thank you for the wonderful service and the fantastic job you did on my Subaru.

I would give Scott’s autobody a 10 my only complaint would be you my headlight is pointing up too high
