I would have rated you a 10 but due to a discrepancy on your quote I found out when I was paying that a part estimate was way higher $700 x2 than what I was quoted. The discrepancy should have been caught way before I was picking up my vehicle. Not a very nice surprise if I couldn’t pay for it.

Door panels are loose and the window still has a loud pop. 4Runner mirror loose. Each time we come in the cars have to be returned because the quality of repair is very poor. It used to be great. Its a disappointment.
