Im not happy that my previously undamaged car was not repaired properly. Used parts were used on the car ( the damaged bumper reused and a used control arm assembly) its not back to square and has rear vibrations now. Also the car was obviously left open for extended period of time and the inside was still overly dirty. Its a new car no reason to leave it open all day and night in the shop with everything else going on. There is also over spray and risidule tape glue on the car. The car was not properly prepped and should have been clay barred to clean up all the over spray and bring the car back to original condition. I dont feel the service was acceptable and would expect that a new control arm assembly will be installed and my car brought back to square it was never on a frame machine. Just from the alignment chart you can tell its not right. The cars paint should also be cleaned properly and brought back to original.
