Scott was professional, friendly and I felt took the repairs of my car and wanting to be sure I was satisfied very seriously. From arranging prompt pick up of my damaged car and delivery straight to his shop so he was able to immediately review my car; to forming the estimate and sending all necessary documentation to my insurance company for authorization to begin work within a couple days. He further kept me abreast of all stages of the repairs, inspections etc. Furthermore I appreciated that he completed everything on my car several days ahead of schedule.
