Scott was very informative and communicated all aspects of the repair very well. He was very easy to deal with and finished our repair sooner than the original date anticipated. The workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend this shop.

Overall I’ve been happy dealing with Scott’s, and Scott himself is very easy to get along with. Unfortunately my repairs were unable to be completed 100% due to extensive part delays on a couple items (not Scott’s fault). But Scott was at least able to get my vehicle driveable and mostly back together so I could get rid of the rental car until the rest of the parts came in. My biggest reason for an 8/10 is a door was replaced due to impact damage but no one seemed to notice an obvious gap between the door and body where a portion of the body had also been crushed in on impact. Was one of the first things I noticed upon arrival. Scott will be fixing this when I bring it back in, but seemed like something that should’ve already been fixed or noted when the new door was put on.
