The entire experience from drop off to pick up was smooth and painless. I was kept informed throughout the process. I never had to call for an update, they called me. Reception area was clean and comfortable. Repairs were spot on, I can't even tell there was damage. When i picked up my car, it had been detailed inside and out. It was like picking up a new car. Dan took the time to explain everything to me in terns that I could understand. Customer service was outstanding.

Thank you so much for going above and beyond. You not only fix my car from the accident but you washed it. Which made the car clean there was some kind of chemical on the car the car wash could not remove. You also took the time repair the front of my car that was not from the accident. Greatly appreciate all that you did!!!!!!!!!

This is the second time I have used SDR Cockeysville. You guys are great. Very courteous on the phone and in person at the desk. Excellent body work and paint job. Neva was so nice and friendly to work with and she was very knowledgeable. I was going through a family emergency when my car was there and Neva made sure the work was completed when I needed it. I am very happy with the work. Thank you for making my car look new again!

Quality, great. Time for completion seemed a bit long at 2 weeks. I basically had the same repair done a couple of months ago and it was more like a week in total. For some reason people like to hit my left rear panel!

SDR did a perfect job repairing some dents on my car door. The paint job is perfect. Everyone I worked with were so friendly and professional. While I hope I don't need them in the future, I would absolutely take my car to SDR.
