After picking up my vehicle today, I carefully inspected the bumper and unfortunately discovered that the paint was chipped during removal or reinstallation of the front bumper. This damage was not present when I dropped the vehicle off for the bumper repair. I am disappointed to find that the vehicle was returned with new damage. Given the care I take with my vehicle, this is frustrating. Please let me know how you would like to address this issue and when I can bring the vehicle back so the damage can be repaired properly. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

I appreciate the work that went into the bumper repair, but I am disappointed to find that the vehicle was returned with new damage. Given the care I take with my vehicle, this is frustrating. I took pictures and video of the vehicle prior to drop off so I can provide those upon request. This is very shocking and I'm sure not to the standards of your company.

Very bad experience. After 10 days in workshop same problem came back After 1/2 mile of drive same sign comes back on screen ( shutter grill problem ) I don’t understand no one check my car before delivery. I immediately returned my car for the same issue. And not sure when I get it back . 👎
