Matt was my main contact person . I dropped the car off on Monday and it was ready as promised by Wednesday. I don’t like the automated text/ emails you send that tell you your car will be done much later than promised. I would prefer you disable this feature a stick with the agreement via the car consultant. If the repair is truly delayed I expect a phone call.

I arrived to pick up my car but noticed 2 chips in the windshield that weren’t fixed with everything else on the front end. I asked the service agent and he said he would follow up with the insurance company but wasn’t aware of the chips since he hadn’t led the repair work. I am still waiting on a follow up call and appointment for having the work finished.
