I sent my car to a local shop, so it would be convenient and give a local company business. I sincerely don't understand repairs or body work, but why were there almost 200 additional miles on my car when I received it back? Also yes I just purchased the car and only had it for 2 weeks. Who gave them permission to take the safety film off my dashboard ⁉️ this was the First brand new car i purchased and the repairs didn't call for anything to be removed 😑 😒. Although the body of my car was repaired, im disappointed with Searsons and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It's not your right to touch or remove anything that has nothing to do with my car being there. They had my car for a month!! How far are your associates. What Searson took from me cannot be fixed, but I have to deal with that. No consideration for the customer at all! Not everyone gets their 1st brand new car at 16!! Cause that's the only reason I would think your employees would have the audacity to remove my tape!! It's my new car and yes this really put a bad taste in my mouth 🙄😡
