Although repair seems ok, I was rather inconvenienced that the place did not accept personal checks or American Express Cards. In addition, although I called ahead of time to announce that I was going to pick up the car, I ended up having to transfer my belongings from the rental company's car and put them on the ground so the driver could leave, while I waited for someone to pull up my car from the yard so that I could transfer my stuff. Process took too long in my opinion.

I took my vehicle here because it was a company car and State Farm has a relationship with Seidner's. As a person who deals with customers, I just wanted you to know that I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service I received at Seidner's. Ralph, Laci, and Mark all had positive, friendly, upbeat attitudes and I felt that they were there to take care of me. Service delivered was seamless. I appreciate the status calls. Can't say enough about my positive experience. I also had the chance to observe how they deal with other customers and the service they provided was consistent with the service I received.
