I appreciated Adrian's on-going communication with me regarding the status of my Toyota Highlander, particularly since it was transported from Glendora to the Corona Center. His updates provided me with specific information as to what had been accomplished and what would be happening next. Being without my car for a month was disconcerting, but hearing from the collision center made me feel that it was in good hands and that somebody cared. Thank you for that!
