There is no need to contact me. Seidners will be my last choice on earth to repairs to my vehicle. It should not take having to contact the regional manager to get the car fixed. When a customer shows the concerns of the damage they need to be taken serious. i should of went with the feelings I had the day I left the car and just went elsewhere. When the person writing up your vehicle for repairs could care less when you are showing all the damage that's a sign to leave unfortunately I trusted my car there and will never again

Your people where very friendly and helpful. Repair was done quickly and ahead of estimated time. Ralph kept me informed of progress they where making on repairs. Car looked like it just came off showroom floor. Great job guys!!

I feel cheated! 1.There are repairs implied during the initial inspection that it will be done. But, was not done in the actual repairs. 2.Replacement part cost was inflated 100%. I was informed that my bumper needed replacement and I agreed to replace it with cheap recycled parts. I provide sources and cost for parts (new & used). But, I was made to believe that the best way to go is with the recycled parts for $519.00. I agreed. And I found that the bumper cover was replaced with a new one,which is available for $230.00. 3.The fit and finish was not up to what was said during the estimate. Paint on the fender, bumper and door was NOT blended. Don't tell me other wise. I can can see it. This is not a complain. Since you asked, I felt obligated to let you know. I'm not about loose sleep for a couple of grand. I'll just charge it to experience. We live and learn. Ed
