Your electronic customer communication system needs optimization; I was quoted an incorrect finish date by that system and by your receptionist; which, for a busy doctor, can really disrupt scheduling and work. Otherwise, staff were friendly.

The damage due to my accident I'm satisfied with. But upon picking my car up and the inspection I noticed new damage that wasn't there when I dropped my car off. I am taking it back in tomorrow to have that fixed. It wasn't able to be repaired the day I got it since it was a Saturday. It is a big inconvenience to me to have to do that.

They did a fantastic job at keeping in touch with me in regards to the progress of my repairs. I even think they gave the exterior a very good clean because a majority of the water spots are gone! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and more than helpful, and I would highly recommend them.
