Lisa Delgado, made me feel comfortable leaving my car at Seidner’s. Even though she had an issue with my claim being closed and trying to get someone from Allstate insurance to ensure we could proceed with fixing my car. Things did not good as planned when I checked in but eventually I was able to connect with someone from Allstate insurance. Not an easy task for Lisa to try to help me and other clients that were walking in. Mike Gonzales, working with him through out the repair was awesome. Was informed every step of the way.

Seidners was very responsive and managed to complete the repair ahead of time. They gave me updates and arranged for the car rental and return on completion. I especially appreciated their updates on the repair and were very responsive at all times. I would highly recommend them and their availability with AAA.

Good morning, well where do I start. It took an accident to see how great people can work. To see what a company has to offer. From the first phone call. I'm dropping off the car. Representative Mike coming out and inspecting the vehicle. Giving him the keys and feeling so comfortable about it. I knew it was in good hands. I was informed on everything from the very beginning. What the estimate came out to, what the insurance said, I was informed about when parts were ordered, when parts were received, when work started, when job was almost complete, when car will be ready, when I can pick up the car, to the very last day. The car is ready come and get it. Got dropped off at your shop, and once again greeted with that great man Mr Mike. When they brought out the car. It looked brand new once again. We only had the car for maybe 4 days when we got in the accident, and we were pretty devastated. But after the work and seeing the quality of work. I was so happy. God forbid if anything ever happens again. I will take it there. You guys do such great work, and I will recommend others that might need repairs to take it to you guys. Thank you so much. I really appreciate all your work. You have a great group of men working there. I was so happy and satisfied with your work. Keep up the good work. Thank Mr Mike for me. He was great to work with.

It was the best service I've ever seen. The representative Mr mike. Was always on the ball. Letting me know when they got the estimate, letting me know when the insurance approved it, letting me know that they're going to get the parts, letting me know that they received the parts, letting me know that the parts have been sent to painting, letting me know that the parts are being put on, letting me know that the truck is complete, letting me know I can pick it up. That was the best service ever.

My experience at this location was very pleasant from the start of the process to the end. Not in a bad way, but I hope I never have to come back even though the staff was very helpful, and informative they kept me up to date with emails. If I ever need a paint job outside of the one I needed for my vehicle home. I would come back here.They do very great work

Sedix faction is a 10 went in. Smooth from beginning to end, receive updates on my vehicle. Also was informed of other minor issues.Much appreciated would definitely come back for services.Hopefully not anytime soon, but I would bring other vehicles here to get painted or restored
