This workshop has extraordinary service, out of the ordinary. I've taken my car to other body shops, but nothing like it. The customer service is top-notch. From the moment you walk into the reception desk and speak with the person in charge, to the person Erick, who gives you the estimate, they are excellent.

Angel was great to work with however my car needed an alignment and when asked if an alignment was performed Angel indicated that is not something that is done when there is no wheel damage. Took my car to dealership and performed the alignment myself. The front toes were off and were adjusted back within factory recommendations. I was certainly disappointed that the amount of damage my car was in that an alignment was not covered or performed.

The wrong parts were received for the repairs. However they went above and beyond to look for the right part to get the job done the same day. That saved me a trip from going back and the inconvenience of troubling others taking me to work. Excellent service.

Angel informed me wrong parts were delivered and was unable to complete the repairs. However, he went a step further to look for the correct parts that were available and was able to compete the repairs as scheduled. That saved a trip coming back. Great service.

I received my truck with a damaged bumper and I was speaking to the representative of Seidners who was showing my truck and telling him the new bumper they installed was damaged and couldn't accept it. My 10 yr. Old son was able to see that the new bumper is damaged. I have reached out to All State Insurance who was handling the claim to express my disappointment and would like to have the bumper replaced again.
