Initially, I was not happy with how the car turned out after the repairs were completed. My insurance only approved used and aftermarket parts, and when I went to pick up the vehicle, it was obvious that the fender and liner did not fit properly, and the fender showed signs of previous damage. After speaking with Vu, he did not hesitate to take the car back and have it repaired with OEM parts. Even though the process took about three weeks, I was very happy with the final result. They took their time to make sure everything was done correctly. The car looks brand new again, and they did an awesome job. My family and I have used Seidner’s for more than 30 years, and they have always provided excellent service. Being involved in a car accident is a terrible and stressful experience, but it makes a huge difference when people like Pedro and Vu go above and beyond to turn a bad situation into a positive experience. I also want to mention the gentleman who brought out the car, after it was finally completed, I didn’t get his name, but he was outstanding. He took the time to walk us through all of the detailed work that had been completed and reassured us that the repairs were guaranteed and that we should bring the car back if any issues arose. Thank you to the entire Seidner’s team for standing behind your work and delivering a repair that exceeded my expectations.
