I’ve unfortunately had to use Selbert’s twice already this year due to bad luck and collisions. But they have consistently exceeded my expectations. Communication is great, insurance process is always smooth and they have gotten me my car back DAYS earlier than they quoted! As much as I hate that I needed repair, I’m more than happy with Selbert’s service.

I wish someone had told me when I brought the car in that there was a 3% charge of paying by credit card. I was informed of the fee when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. No one mentioned the fee when I dropped the car off or when I received the call about the repairs or when I received the call that the car was ready for pickup.

I had my Volkswagen Tiguan repaired for hail damage the last week of June 2025. When I went outside to get my rental car and discuss the damage to the vehicle with a representative, I informed them I would like the door ding on the driver door to be repaired. They said they would take care of it. I told them I wouldn’t mind paying extra. I got my car back and the repair was not completed. I called and was told State Farm would not cover the door ding. I again informed I would not mind paying out of pocket. Would appreciate some guidance on how to get this repair done without having to secure a rental car.
