Always so grateful for Selbert’s! We’ve used you consistently for both service and body work since we moved out here in 2017. Huge fans! The body work I just had done on our CRV is exceptional as always. My only comment is regarding some challenging communication which was unusually not great. (I did encounter the same with Andrew when he was in service.) He seems to be a talented and good person, no doubt, but he isn’t the best communicator. I never did receive an estimate that I thought I would receive after I first brought it in to be looked over. And I was originally told a week or two for the work to be completed. As it turned out, it was ready in a week - yay! - but I didn’t know it was that close to ready until I got the call it was ready to be picked up. I told Andrew I was going to try my best to get there but asked if it could be pulled inside if I couldn’t pick it up until Monday. He told me it could be done. When I arrived early Monday, the car had pretty clearly been left out. It was streaked from the rain and had a coating of pollen, which it will have until I can get it washed after my waiting period. All in all, this isn’t a huge deal. Still a huge fan! But this isn’t what I’ve come to expect from Selbert’s. Thank you for this opportunity.

Selberts does excellent work. If I run into anything else I’ll be sure to give them my business. My truck was cleaned inside and out when they were done with it. Just icing on the cake. Much appreciated.

If I could give an 11 I would. Selbert's worked with me on helping me get to and from the shop because I'm local, and that saved an extra trip I'd have to coordinate with family.

Great customer service and communication. My daughter’s car was in after being hit and Dave jumped right on the task and communicated with us through the process.
