I just want to say a special “Thanks” to Mike. Long story short, everything was super easy, they got me in quick, updated me along the way, picked up car…(when I picked up car after repairs from auto wreck car vs dear, battery was dead, 2 tires were showing low, a blinker bulb was out…finally drove it home and car was losing power sporadically) and was obviously something not right. I started off upset….called and talked to Mike, I almost didn’t bring it back up there, but after my phone call I thought you know I will just let them figure it out after all it was all covered. When I got there in person, Mike didn’t feed me a line about anything, he just said he wasn’t sure what happened and that he would take care of it. He didn’t make excuses, try to blame anyone just that he “will take care of it and he apologized for the oversight” and assured me he would make it right. I got a phone call the next day, he found out the problem which was simple as a loose battery bolt, fixed the problem went above and beyond to make sure that the car was 100% safe for my child. He also again apologize when we picked it up said it was their fault but he wanted to make it all right. Mistakes happen, someone along the way missed a step. But the difference is he took responsibility for the error, quickly corrected and never once made me feel at fault or like I was being “picky”. It is nice to know that real people who care and have customer service skills still exist out there. Thanks for that. I wouldn’t hesitate to return in future.
