I referred a friend because I was told there were no diagnostic fees (it’s also on their website) She came in and was charged over $300 in diagnostic fees. Which is very dishonest

The guy that answers the phone in the body shop is very grumpy. He did work with my insurance well and got the job done but wasn’t very friendly. The guy that met me when I picked up my car was nice.
